Agreement

By creating an account or using Arogya AI you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Not medical advice

Arogya AI provides general wellness and educational information. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult your doctor or pharmacist before changing medication, supplements, or treatment. If you have an emergency, call 911 (US) or local emergency services.

Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 13 (or the age of digital consent where you live) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Guests may try limited features; signing in unlocks history and higher free limits.

Subscriptions

Optional paid plans (e.g. Arogya AI Plus) may be offered via the App Store or other billing providers. Purchases, renewals, and cancellations follow the store’s rules. Free tiers include usage limits described in the app.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass quotas or security, scrape the knowledge base at scale, upload unlawful content, or use Arogya AI to provide clinical care to others. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual property

Arogya AI, its branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Guideline excerpts and third-party product data remain subject to their source licenses and attributions shown in the app.

Disclaimers & liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON INFORMATIONAL OUTPUT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR $50 IF YOU PAID NOTHING).

Termination

You may delete your account anytime in the app. We may terminate or suspend access for Terms violations or to protect the service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers and liability limits) survive termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law in your residence applies. Courts in that venue have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer rights.
